| 腓立比書-Philippians 第 1 章 |
| 1:1 | 基督耶穌的奴僕，保羅和提摩太，寫信給所有在腓立比，在基督耶穌裡的聖徒，同諸位監督和諸位執事： Paul and Timothy, slaves of Christ Jesus, to all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi, with the overseers and deacons: |
| 1:2 | 願恩典與平安，從神我們的父，並主耶穌基督歸與你們。 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. |
| 1:3 | 我每逢想念你們，就感謝我的神； I thank my God upon all my remembrance of you, |
| 1:4 | 每逢為你們眾人祈求的時候，總是歡歡喜喜的祈求， Always in my every petition on behalf of you all, making my petition with joy, |
| 1:5 | 為了你們從頭一天直到如今，在推廣福音上所有的交通； For your fellowship unto the furtherance of the gospel from the first day until now, |
| 1:6 | 我深信那在你們裡面開始了善工的，必完成這工，直到基督耶穌的日子。 Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun in you a good work will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus; |
| 1:7 | 我為你們眾人有這樣的想法，原是應當的，因為你們有我在你們心裡，無論我在捆鎖之中，或在辯護、證實福音的時候，你們眾人都與我同享恩典。 Even as it is right for me to think this concerning you all because you have me in your heart, since both in my bonds and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel you are all fellow partakers with me of grace. |
| 1:8 | 神可為我作見證，我在基督耶穌的心腸裡，怎樣切切的想念你們眾人。 For God is my witness how I long after you all in the inward parts of Christ Jesus. |
| 1:9 | 我所禱告的，就是要你們的愛，在充足的知識並一切的辨識上，多而又多的洋溢， And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in full knowledge and all discernment, |
| 1:10 | 使你們能鑒賞那更美、不同的事，好叫你們純誠無過，直到基督的日子， So that you may approve by testing the things which differ and are more excellent, that you may be pure and without offense unto the day of Christ, |
| 1:11 | 結滿了那藉著耶穌基督而有的義果，使榮耀稱讚歸與神。 Being filled with the fruit of righteousness, which is through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. |
| 1:12 | 弟兄們，我願意你們知道，我所遭遇的事，更是為著福音的進展， Now I want you to know, brothers, that the things concerning me have turned out rather to the advancement of the gospel, |
| 1:13 | 以致我的捆鎖，在御營全軍，和所有其餘的人中，已經顯明是為基督的緣故。 So that my bonds have become manifest as being in Christ among the whole Praetorian guard and to all the rest. |
| 1:14 | 並且大多數的弟兄們，因我的捆鎖，在主裡篤信不疑，越發放膽講說神的話，無所懼怕。 And most of the brothers, being confident in the Lord because of my bonds, are more exceedingly bold to speak the word of God without fear. |
| 1:15 | 有的人傳基督，是因著嫉妒爭競，也有的是因著好意： Some preach Christ even because of envy and strife, and some also because of good will, |
| 1:16 | 這一等是出於愛，知道我是為辯護福音設立的， These out of love, knowing that I am set for the defense of the gospel. |
| 1:17 | 那一等宣傳基督，卻是出於私圖好爭，並不純潔，想要加重我捆鎖的苦楚。 But the others announce Christ out of selfish ambition, not purely, thinking to raise up affliction in my bonds. |
| 1:18 | 這有何妨呢？或假意，或真誠，無論怎樣，基督究竟被宣傳開了，為此我就歡喜，並且還要歡喜； What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truthfulness, Christ is announced; and in this I rejoice; yes, and I will rejoice; |
| 1:19 | 因為我知道，這事藉著你們的祈求，和耶穌基督之靈全備的供應，終必叫我得救。 For I know that for me this will turn out to salvation through your petition and the bountiful supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, |
| 1:20 | 這是照著我所專切期待並盼望的，就是沒有一事會叫我羞愧，只要凡事放膽，無論是生，是死，總叫基督在我身體上，現今也照常顯大， According to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I will be put to shame, but with all boldness, as always, even now Christ will be magnified in my body, whether through life or through death. |
| 1:21 | 因為在我，活著就是基督，死了就有益處。 For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. |
| 1:22 | 但我在肉身活著，若使我的工作有果子，我就不知道該挑選什麼。 But if I am to live in the flesh, if this to me is fruit for my work, then I do not know what I will choose. |
| 1:23 | 我正困迫於兩難之間，情願離世與基督同在，因為那是好得無比的； But I am constrained between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, for this is far better; |
| 1:24 | 然而留在肉身，為你們更是需要的。 But to remain in the flesh is more necessary for your sake. |
| 1:25 | 我既然這樣深信，就知道仍要留下，繼續與你們眾人同住，使你們得到信仰上的進步和喜樂， And being confident of this, I know that I will remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy of the faith, |
| 1:26 | 好叫你們的誇耀，在基督耶穌裡，因我再到你們那裡去，就在我身上得以洋溢。 That your boast may abound in Christ Jesus in me through my coming again to you. |
| 1:27 | 只要你們行事為人配得過基督的福音，叫我或來見你們，或不在你們那裡，可以聽見關於你們的事，就是你們在一個靈裡站立得住，同魂與福音的信仰一齊努力； Only, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, that whether coming and seeing you or being absent, I may hear of the things concerning you, that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving together along with the faith of the gospel, |
| 1:28 | 凡事不為敵人所驚嚇：這是證明他們滅亡，你們得救，而且這樣的證明乃是從神而來的； And in nothing being frightened by the opposers, which is to them a proof of their destruction, but of your salvation, and that from God; |
| 1:29 | 因為你們是為了基督的緣故蒙恩，不但得以信入祂，也得以為祂受苦， Because to you it has been graciously granted on behalf of Christ not only to believe into Him but also to suffer on His behalf, |
| 1:30 | 經歷你們在我身上從前所看見，現在所聽見同樣的爭戰。 Having the same struggle which you saw in me and now hear to be in me. |
